Walking for Health
14th March 2017 from 10.30am - meet at the Ranger's Office
Join our Commons' staff for a series of short and easy "Walking for Health" walks designed for people who would like to improve their health and well-being by becoming more active. One of our regular walkers assures us that the route taken equates to an average of 7,600 steps which is well on the way to reaching the daily 10,000 steps challenge recommended by the National Health Service.
