Commons News - September 2020
Welcome to the September Commons News
September is one of our favourite months here on the Commons, with the heather in bloom and the start of the glorious misty sunrises as temperatures become more autumnal.
It's usually also the time of the Annual Commons Open Day but unfortunately, with COVID-19 still restrictions still in place on large gatherings, there was no option but to cancel this year's event.....but wait! Read on for some exciting news about our alternative online Wacky Dog Show!
And some breaking news......we are delighted that both Wimbledon Common and Putney Lower Common have once again been awarded a Gold medal in the 2020 London in Bloom awards. Read more about this fantastic news in the Commons Update article.
