Commons News April 2021
Welcome to the April 2021 Newsletter.
With the collective sigh of relief as the country starts to open up again, so the Commons are coming out of their winter "lockdown".
It's been a busy twelve months on the Commons and the combination of a much heavier footfall and the wet weather during the latter part of winter have certainly taken their toll. But the importance of the Commons for so many people has been profound, and our staff have worked tirelessly to ensure the Commons have remained open and safe for our visitors.
Thank you to everyone who has shown support, from helping with litter picking - you have been invaluable - to simply leaving a kind word for our staff on social media or through e-mail - they see them all and all are very much appreciated.
Thank you!
