What’s happening on the Commons?

Important information for dog owners and walkers

Bird nesting season runs from 1 March to 31 August and to help us protect our wildfowl and nesting birds, all visitors with dogs are asked to keep their charges under control and to note that:

PONDS - Please keep dogs on a lead around all of our ponds to protect our wildfowl
THE PLAIN - Please keep dogs on lead, and keep to the mown paths and out of the long grass

Thank you for your co-operation
