Commons Open Day 2024
INFORMATION FOR STALL HOLDERS
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to the Open Day this year and hope you can join us again.
We have made some changes this year, in particular we will no longer be providing space in our own gazebos therefore you must have your own if one is required.
Applications
To apply for a stall at this year's Open Day, please complete the Application Form below.
In addition to completing the form, please send via e-mail to events@wpcc.org.uk a copy of the following:
- your Public Liability Insurance
- A completed Risk Assessment (all stallholders) and Fire Risk Assessment (if appropriate). If you already have your own, you can send them instead. Click the links to download.
- If you have not attended the Open Day before, please send 3 photographs of your stall and the items you wish to sell
We will let you know if your application has been successful within 7 days of receipt*.
*Please note that I am on leave from 12-25 April and any applications made in that time will be dealt with when I return.
Terms & Conditions
Application Forms should be completed by 7 June 2024. Copies of your public liability and completed Risk/Fire Assessment Forms can be posted or e-mailed to :

Please note that we cannot accept your stall application without proof of Public Liability insurance.
We will let you know if your application has been successful within 7 days of receiving your Application Form.
On the Day Arrangements
If your Application is successful, you should be aware of the following:
- Access to the site is available from 7am
- There will be no vehicular access to the site after 9am (if you are delayed please contact the Ranger’s Office so we can make arrangements for safe access)
- All vehicles (unless otherwise arranged) MUST be off-site by 9.30am (there is plenty of free parking available adjacent to the site)
- Vehicles may not re-enter the site before 5pm. If you need to leave earlier for emergency reasons, please contact one of the organisers.
- If you have any other special requirements, please e-mail Angela (events@wpcc.org.uk) who will try to accommodate you as far as possible.
