Birdsong Identification Workshop

Local volunteer expert, Les Evans-Hill, is running a Bird Identification Workshop over the weekend of 27th and 28th April.

If you are interested in an introduction to learning about identifying birds by their song, then this may be for you!

This Workshop is aimed at beginners.

 

The outline itinerary for the Workshop is as follows:

Saturday 27th April:

1.30pm meet at the Ranger's Office for introductions over coffee and biscuits

2.00pm Workshop begins

5.00pm (approx.)  Workshop finishes

Sunday 28th April:

08.00am - A walk on the Commons to put your new skills into practice.

10.30am (approx.) - Gather back at the Ranger's Office for refreshments and a final discussion/Q&A.

The Workshop is limited to 12 places and booking is required. Please complete the Booking Form which will reserve your place for 7 days pending receipt of payment.  

Location:  Information Centre at the Ranger's Office SW19 5NR

Cost - the cost for the workshop will be £20 per person.  This includes all refreshments, tea/coffee and biscuits and course materials.
